Networking events and inspiring company visits
We want to grow and strengthen our community and it’s really nice to meet in person, don’t you think? IRL-events is something we would really like to see and we are looking to find partners and co-hosts that we can also visit, to be inspired by and learn together. Welcome Assiye to the leadership team!
We are thrilled to welcome Assiye to the leadership team. Assiye has studied space engineering and is making her way as a tech entrepreneur. Currently, she’s one of the co-founders of a safety app for women named Spher.

The steering committee of WISS would also love to see a few more members joining us because the more the merrier! Right now we’re a small but awesome group working to make things happen in and for our community 🙂

Things that are coming up shortly:
- Our digital WISS Talks are soon about to kick off again and we’ll be alternating the digital talks between evenings and lunch time from now on, to hopefully suit more of you better! Please do get in touch if you are interested in giving a talk and/or have a recommendation or someone you would like to hear!
- We’re working on publishing previous recorded WISS Talks on our Youtube channel and you will later find a link to it on www.womeninspace.se.
- Voices of WISS – we are also working on a list of speakers, subject experts and advocates to feature on our website and social media for stakeholders looking for representatives or speakers for a conference or panel, for an interview or an expert committee, for example.
- Further we are also gearing up for our Mentorship program and will post more info about this shortly and how you can apply to be a mentor as well as a mentee.
